In the picture I see a man kissing a women on the streets. At first it looks romantic because world war 2 ended and everyone was happy. But knowing the backstory behind the picture I think it is assault. I think its assault because he just grabbed this women off the street and just kissed her. He didn't know her and she didn't give him consent to kiss her. But i'm not upset about it because she said she was okay with it. Also, times have changed, so back then it wasn't looked at as bad, like it is today.
